Many of our products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

Once measurements, designs, colors, finishes, and specifications are approved by the customer, modifications or cancellations may not be possible after production has commenced.

The balance amount must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery and Installation

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience and may vary depending on production schedules, material availability, transportation, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to deliver products on time, Kidangeth shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Installation dates will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and delivery address.
  • Ensure proper site readiness before installation.
  • Verify measurements before confirming customized orders.
  • Inspect products upon delivery and report visible damages immediately.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the specific product purchased and manufacturer’s warranty terms where applicable.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  • Improper installation by unauthorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Natural disasters, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Customers must retain the purchase invoice for warranty claims.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects.

Standard products may be eligible for return or replacement only if they are unused, in original condition, and reported within the applicable return period.

Order cancellations after production has started may incur cancellation charges.

11. Intellectual Property
